Hyperwallet

For US-based vendors invoicing for amounts less than $600, we use Hyperwallet (a PayPal service) because the turnaround time is much shorter than Jaggaer.

If you are already in our Jaggaer system, you can still use Hyperwallet for payment. Please let us know your preference.

Registration

If you are not registered in Hyperwallet, a welcome email will be sent to you once your account has been created. Please follow the steps in the email to complete your registration. It is important you complete the registration process timely since the registration invitation and pending payment will expire within 30 days.

Payment Method

Once you successfully activate your Hyperwallet Pay Portal account, you will be directed to the Hyperwallet Pay Portal dashboard. The dashboard will indicate the next steps to complete your registration. 

To continue with the process, select "Add a Transfer Method." Here, you will add your payment method: PayPal, Venmo, or an EFT payment to your preferred checking or savings bank account.

Invoicing & Expenses

Invoices and expenses with Hyperwallet are more relaxed than with Jaggaer because they do not go through a processor. The main difference is that you send your invoices/expenses to payables@99pi.org ONLY.

1. Send your invoice or expense in PDF format payables@99pi.org.

2. Expenses CAN be included in your invoice.

3. To expedite processing, your invoice or expense needs to include the following information (you can also download an invoice template📄 that we have prepared):

   • Name

   • Phone number

   • Email address

   • Episode and/or 99PI contact
